Jan will be teaching you how to brew kombucha at home!
You will learn why this tea-based beverage is such a health providing drink for your gut and digestive track.

I’ve been a home herbalist, foodie and kombucha brewer for years. I’ve always enjoyed passing on the knowledge and physical SCOBYs for brewing kombucha, ever since I started brewing “booch ” over 15 years ago! Health-providing practices and food sources should be for everyone! I feel it should be available to anybody who is desiring to make this health benefiting drink at home. Kombucha can be very expensive to buy in the grocery store.
A product that can just cost pennies to make, seems unfair to cost so much to purchase for the consumer. By learning to brew Kombucha it is demystified and removes the perceived exclusivity of this trending beverage.
